Jennifer was born in 1977 in Toronto Canada. Her journey into the healing arts started at 18 years old with her first Reiki attunement.  Since then she has earned a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the AIM academy in Toronto; reached Master level in Reiki in 3 different lineages; and has her Diploma in Holistic Coaching from ZoMa in Arnhem Netherlands. Along side her formal Diplomas Jennifer has kept busy with continuing education courses many of which relate to Acupuncture, body work, and dietary therapy within the TCM and Japanese traditions as well as body work such as Cranio Sacral therapy. And in efforts of self betterment she has further participated in years of professional workshops and courses designed to understand CPTSD and the mechanisms of trauma.
